1) Open up Firefox and go to the top bar and on the R click on the three little lines in a column
2) Scroll down and click on “Add-ons”
3) On the L of the screen you will see a list. Click on “Plug-ins”

4) scroll down and click on “Content settings” (it is just above “Clear browsing data”) and then click on the little sideways arrow (over to the right on the “Content settings” line on my PC) to open that up
5) scroll down to “Flash” – the icon in front of the word looks like a puzzle piece (how appropriate!) and again – click on little arrow to open that up
6) first option under Flash – I have set to “ask first”
7) further down under Flash, find ALLOW – and there you might see something like “https://tongrenstation.com:80” (or some other number rather than 80; and then
8) open up the options on the right of that line which concludes the word tongrenstation and click on remove
