Troubleshooting for chat
Recently we have had reports of issues with our chat system. If you are experiencing issues with the chat, please download Firefox. If you are using Internet Explorer and do not wish to download Firefox, you will have to reset some settings. We have experienced the least issues with Firefox browser and highly recommend using it instead of Internet Explorer.

If you wish to reset your settings on Internet Explorer, follow the following instructions. These instructions are for Internet Explorer version 8.0 and may not apply exactly for other versions of Internet Explorer.
1) Open Internet Explorer
2) On the top, click on “Tools” followed by “Delete Browsing History”
3) Make sure the following are checked: “Temporary Internet Files”, “Cookies”
4) Click “Delete”
5) Close Internet Explorer
6) The next time you open Internet Explorer and Tongrenstation.com, the chat system should work. If this does not resolve the issue, please try downloading Firefox browser.
